Unstable

This is a very unstable finicky app. I have to reinstall it 5-6 times a year. It just freezes. Also takes time to load and the notifications are missing by the time it does load.

Always loading and by the time it finishes loading the assignment is gone.

Missing Assignments

I don’t quite get this application! It’s always says loading and then nothing pops up! Please fix! I’m missing assignments

Nope (too bad you can’t give it a 0 star!)

It’s hard to use an app when you cannot even log into it! :p

Cannot log in. It’s a problem.

Sign In Issue

Cannot sign it after entering username and password.

BancServ app

Same problem. Min will not let me do my password so I can not login.

Doesn’t work anymore

Ever since the last update my app hasn’t worked. I enter my username and password and nothing. The sign-in button is grayed out. I can still receive the alerts but can’t respond to them.

Update made it worse

Was excited to see update but it’s made the app function worse.
-once you select a map app, that locks in as the default. I like to use google maps when deciding whether or not to accept, but Waze for driving. Now I have to manually input the address to drive.
-formatting updates make reading new notifications difficult. Date is cut off, etc.
-sign in screen is sized such that pop up screen keyboard blocks the “sign in” button
THINGS THAT SHOULD BE DONE:
-double click to reject or accept. I’ve had several instances where the phone slipped and I made the wrong selection.
-export to or sync with calendar
-allow user to select alarm sound. This update made it the same as several authors I have. Now I don’t know if there’s a new signing available or my vacuum is clogged.
-stop telling me to upload a photo!

Still, I really like it. It’s made the whole process much more efficient than when all appointments were arranged via phone. Now I can screen future signings while I’m in another.

Please use Touch ID!

I'm not a fan of having to enter my User Name each time I log in. I would greatly prefer that you go back to just asking for my pin, but I'd be really delighted if you would accept my Touch ID to log on.
When I decline an order, it might be helpful if you ask me why I'm declining. Maybe the distance is too far for the price offered and we could negotiate, or perhaps I'm available 30 mins after the requested time and the BO is flexible.
