Glitches in the game
I have been playing this game for years. It has been my favorite of the online backgammon. For the past year I have been having issues with the game disconnecting from the server. When this happens I automatically loose the game. And depending on the game I can loose up to triple of the bet. I contact support and the reimburse my chips and then it happens again. I express my concern about this continuing to happen and ask if the problem is going to be resolved. I never receive and answer and obviously the problem continues.

Fixed dice rolls
The dice rolls are fixed but the admin team will never admit to it, standing by their algorithm, your opponent always gets the dice roll they need, the amount of games that I should have won, and they get exactly what they need to win. It’s so obviously fixed. Instead of creating new boards sort out the algorithm.

I loss to much game
5 to 7 hands losts sometime they have more double and have no double at all and I loss. And another is when he wants double I go double because I known I have a chance to win, but turn around. I loss the game, and I loss instead thay take 25 chip they take75 chip And I don’t think is not fair. They should take 50 chips not 75chip. Please fix this problem you beings having this for years. And another thing is when I open the game. Is not working. I have to delete the game and then download it again. This 4 or 7, 8 times a day. You don’t deserve a star at all. FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW! I want to WIN! NOT lOSE.

Very glitchy
This game has a few problems. One is that it is extremely glitchy. One rolls the dice and it reverts back to the beginning of the roll. The other problem is that it appears to be programmed to react to each roll so it feels like you are on the winning or losing side from the second roll of the dice. This game continues to be rigged. It appears that there is an algorithm that constantly plays out. Maybe computerized games just can't work like a normal game! This one certainly doesn't!

My old backgammon
My original backgammon game does not renew. I have 8 plus million coins over many many years play but my game has been reverted to zero and I now have to play with that. I am disappointed that this upgrade didn’t keep my points as it said it would mt old game is still there but I can’t play it. My new game has different name but still on my iPad

Don’t pay for the ad free
I paid for the ad-free version, yet I repeatedly cannot sign into
my ad-free paid account, instead I am left with an unpaid account version. Good app otherwise, but there are regular sign in issues. If you pay you can still have ads after every game and be unable to access what you paid for.
