App is absolute trash
I downloaded the MyDolphin+ app, it’s said not compatible, and that I needed the other app, MyDolphin. Well it won’t recognize my robot, I had a new pool built, it was finished about a month ago. The app has NEVER worked, a buddy of mine who is in the pool servicing business told me that the robot itself is pretty good, but you’ll have to control from the box because their app hasn’t worked for a single customer. This is 2024, you get a 5th grader to build a functioning app, but Maytronics, clearly does not invest any time or money into customer or technical service.

Complete junk
I love my dolphin but would love to be able to turn it on without having to go into the place is tore the power supply. The app recognizes my power supply but when I try to connect it says my robot isn’t supported. That’s probably not true. But if it is, why would package a Bluetooth capable power supply with an incompatible robot?

Aweful app, it simply doesn't work, tried everything and emailed the company with no reply. never in my life have I seen so many negative reviews about an app. you would think they would get their act together and fix this thing or fire the person overseeing this app. I just want to be able to clean my pool effectively with the help of my phone. the dolphin works well the control box stinks! This app is useless and just watch I'm sure I'll get an automated bot reply with dear "Michael. We are sorry for your blah blah blah." Just fix it the bloody thing

Absolute pants!
I haven’t a single good thing to say about this app other than it’s a complete joke and an utter waste of time and space on my phone apps!
Rubbish App
App won’t connect to mobile device / robot cleaner. Everything needs to be done manually. Won’t be buying another Dolphin again.
Would not buy again
When we purchased our Dolphin I was told that as it cleaned our pool it would map it as a grid. But that is not the case it just goes willy-nilly. Runs over the same areas but misses several large areas. Like that the cleaning does not go thru the filter but next one I purchase I will make sure it does what it says. 👎

What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work?
I literally JUST took my Dolphin Quantum out of the box today and getting it started.
All it keeps saying is it can’t find it. What is the point in having an app if it doesn’t work?
I turned the power button on and the vacuum is going, but I’d really like to have the app with it.
I was told amazing things about this vacuum, now I’m having second thoughts. Not happy.

S300i unsupported
My s300i used to work using the app quite well. Now the app only connects to the robot randomly. The app is clunky, slow and not user friendly at the best of times. Not sure I will spend $3300AUD on the newer model 400i, as I think the problem is the app not the robot. Looking elsewhere for my next pool robot cleaner.

Possibly the worst app on the App Store
Cheap clunky and doesn’t work at all. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to install and connect your dolphin.
App no longer works
App stopped connecting to the power pack! I even got the power pack replaced under warranty thinking it was the problem but it turns out it’s the app
