Won’t even load
I can’t even get the app to load to use with my new S200. It is stuck at loading language packs when you open it. Have tried deleted and reinstalling, have tried restarting phone etc. nothing works.
App needs updating
Have downloaded the app but it won’t even get past the downloading language package stage. Wanted to use it with my new cleaner but obviously that isn’t going to happen
Beyond useless
Crappy app won’t even load. I can download it but then it tries to download a language package. Freezes on the screen. Deleting and redownloading provides same results. Given other users comments on the app once it is working, I won’t put any further effort into getting it working. Dolphin cleans the pool well but the fact the smart feature doesn’t even work is quite unbelievable

Getting worse
A usually reliable product has failed once again
It drives forward slightly then stops
Last time it did this it took Maytronics over three weeks to fix it and they gave me a feeble response saying my machine was never meant to work on blue tooth
It had been running with Bluetooth for over a year before it broke down
Today it is displaying the same symptoms and so I am trying to reload the app
It appears the app has not been updated for over two years
I fear I’m in for another long wait and frustrating period of dealing with the manufacturer who tried to fob me off last time

App is not working
I just downloaded the app and it want me to register for an account, when I press to fill email it doesn’t let me and skip option I pressed it still doesn’t let me ,
App doesn’t start
The cleaner seems to work good on manual but I wish I had read the reviews on the app. This app just crashes at the splash screen. I can’t get it to even open enough to find my cleaner. After looking at the revision history it looks like it hasn’t been updated in two years. Is this even supported at all? Please put the source and api info up on GitHub so some real devs/owners that actually care can make a working app. This is appalling and should be removed from the App Store.

The app has one job to do and it fails miserably
When I first purchased the the dolphin cleaner probably 3 or 4 years ago the app worked great including manual control. In the last year or so someone broke this app. The app connects to the device reads all the information but won’t allow me to change any settings. All I ever get is “oops something went wrong”. Tried removing app, restarting the iPhone, turning off power to device, reinstalling app etc,etc. nothing works. I paid over $2.5K AUD for the cleaner and the only thing that lets it down is this app. I would never recommend the dolphin cleaner to anyone now only because of this app

Could be better
I’ve had my dolphin 5 years. I have never been able to program it not to do walls & stairs. I still manually vacuum my pool at least twice a week.
My dolphin keeps getting stuck on the drains, so someone needs to be around to take it off the drain
I wish I would have purchased it through a store so I could have a person to ask for help
That being said, this year the app seems to be working much better. Still don’t know how to skip walls and stairs or keep it from getting stuck on drains. Other than that it does a good job

Doesn’t connect
No matter what I did, it wouldn’t connect to my dolphin even after it recognized it
Worst app ever
Been trying to use the app since last April with no luck. Keeps saying that the power supply doesn’t recognize your robot. I have done everything correctly and still no luck. I have the Dolphin Proteus DX3 cleaner.
