Connecting

I am having trouble connecting to the power device to my phone. Is there anything else I can do that might possibly speeds the process up.

Only works if you stand next to the unit

What is the purpose of this app when it doesn’t work unless you are next to your Dolphin? I wanted to be able to turn the Dolphin on when we are away from our pool.

Ive seen broken apps, but this one is the worst

It basically doesnt connect to my brand new E30 robot.
Any help from support will be appreciated.

Does not work

Like everyone else here - the app can’t speak to the unit and only the power supply. It’s unfortunate that the developer recites the same tired non-response to the litany of people reporting the same.

Robot cleaner

It dose not connect to the cleaner and I have tried with three different phones and still dose not work

Worst app ever

App is slow. Slow to connect, slow to to make changes. Reset of cleaner does not work. Manual does not download. App has limited functions and basically useless. Needs a major upgrade.

Having issues with App

Great pool cleaner, however the “cleaning mode” on the app cannot be set. Please help.

Most options simply don’t work

You have to stand next to the power controlled unit whilst the phone try’s to pair with the robot. Eventually it pairs and you can use your phone to switch the robot on.
Quicker just to turn it on with the control unit.
I’ve just set up a weekly schedule of timings, interested to see if this feature works.
Shame as concept is great!
Is there likely to be an update to the App anytime soon?

Fraudulently Bad

App constantly acts like his has never been setup. I have 30+ times. Tried to change SSID like 20 times. App Would restart the setup process and skip the wifi selection (which is the only thing I wanted to do) Finally figured out you have to use a direct robot name or it won’t allow you to change the WiFi network. Mind bogglingly stupid….
Interacted with support several occasions. They gave me incorrect procedures to “reset” the hardware to clear the previous SSID. They refused to send my feedback to the product manager that the 2.4GHz Only wifi requirement is about 15 years out of date with the reality of what access points are currently sold and in use. Generally unfriendly and not helpful. The hardware is overpriced for what it does as well. Great example of what happens when there is not enough competition in a market.

APP only shows one screen

The only thing this app is able to do is turn my robot on or off. Now way to schedule cleaning. Reached out to their app support with no response.
