Why doesn’t Maytronics care?

Guys I’m not gonna list what ALL THE REVIEWS already do. Then your response is the same. I use a lot of products and apps I’ve never seen anything as poorly managed as Maytronics’ review response and why you won’t hire whoever is necessary to to fix your app control etc ? With Maytronics only I App upgrades being 1 yr , then 2 YEARS, etc between upgrades says it all. I bet you do care & I bet it can’t be fixed . You should win back all your customers and sell them new improved cleaners for your cost or free . You really have pushed off people that bad. It’s not right. We all spent between $700-$1500 on something that costs you so much less and for what? Case in point, I bet your response is the same all stupid automated answer of contact us so we can discuss it further which is a joke I’ve contacted your customer service department more than 75 times over three years!!!!!

app does not work- avoid it and save yourself aggregation

App stopped working with no way to communicate how to fix it. All of a sudden it will not allow me to change cycle or cycle time. Just says error and does not respond. I’m back to good old fashioned walking out to the control and starting it and changing the cycle manually. BUT app developers- it is 2022 and apps should work or be updated! Maytronics- do a better job!!

Doesn’t work

As other have said, the app barely works. If it connects at all, all you can do is turn it on. Trying to change cleaning mode errors consistently.

The developers should never be allowed near a keyboard again. Awful app.

No connection.

This consistently occurs.
I am less than 3 feet/1 metre and still indicated unable to connect.
When it does connect, it fails. Looks like a warranty claim.
Is there any diagnostic software?

Not even the contact works

Can’t even contact support such a simple feature an amateur that just learned programming could do

Dolphin App

Does not work,App pairs to cleaner but does not allow you to move the cleaner where you want it to go .

I call mine MAD MAX

He is an awesome cleaner! I love having him for my in ground pool! I love that I can also control him from this app and set times for him to clean!

Terrible

Second one I have bought and it will not connect to Bluetooth and have the settings don’t work!! Gonna be sending this back and getting a different brand!

Don’t work this app

I don't understand why they spent the energy to design an app like this in which it doesn't work at all, I've tried several times and it doesn't work! , A good robot for a very bad app

Disappointing

If only the app worked as well as the robotic cleaner (DB2). The app keeps telling me the power supply does not recognise the robot. This started happening a while back and even when following the instructions to reset it, still doesn’t work. Been over 12 months since it last worked.
