Rates do not match what the app states
Requested a cap in the app and it stated the base rate $21 the driver decided to charge me $25 due to the fact that the gps gave him a longer route than he expected.. I think it is unfair to the passenger because prices do not match and it is not my fault that their gps gives them a longer route. Super disappointed.
