Lost all data
I have switched my iPhone from an iPhone 8plus to iPhone X and now I can’t even sign in even though I’ve had this app for months when you redownload even if you signed up with email and password if the app gets deleted all your information gets deleted
And the app developer didn’t even bother to make an attempt to help situation now they wanna charge people for the app and the same problems gonna happen to you down the road

I believe your photos are still in your old iPhone. Please go to your old iPhone to transfer photos to new iPhone manually or backup old iPhone on iTunes then restore to new iPhone. Because we save photos and videos in local device, not any cloud server.
