Awful to use
Would be good but SO difficult to use, on screen finger control is just impossible and the whole thing just made me frustratedCalastein
Kinda bad.
If ur a newbie and JUST downloaded this game, read the insructions, and then have NO IDEA what do to do after, then thats meh. I know i just downloaded this, but i dont understand how to do it ONE sInGlE BIT. I looked at the ads and reviews, and i thought it would be easier.. but its not easy. I have NO IDEA how the hEcK they went throuh the rooms in the ad..and so far? Bad. You can try it and you might understand how. I'll report again soon if i find out how. I was looking for an app to help me put ideas of what I’d like to create for my floor plan. This one came up for my iPad and looked to easy in the video. Not only is it extreamly hard to use but it only gives you the free floor planner then you have to purchase the rest of the app to create your home. What a waste of space on my iPad!!! Subscription too expensive
I love this app it’s great for doing house plans you can really visualise how you’re house will look like. I would love to get the full subscription but it’s far to expensive.becca orr
Utterly brilliant
I have been using this super easy app for a few years now. It will allow you to design a new building right through to refurbishments of existing. It may not give you every possible material option in its exact form, but that’s not the point, it certainly gives you perfect spacial awareness, construction details and more than enough for issuing drawings to a contractor for pricing and working with.

Absolutely Brilliant Software
I have been using the software for some time as a small property developer. In the UK I have used the software to create all my planning applications and has saved me from needing an architect, which means I can develop my plans over time and as it is on my Ipad it is always with me. Recently I had a problem with a corrupted file which represented about a years work. Thankfully the support I received was outstanding and within a few hours I was up and running again. Under delivers
Great app. Few issues, in imperial there is no way to do fractions of an inch. Also the item library is painfully small for being one of the most costly apps. App works as it should and doesn’t have any obvious glitches or issues. It simply under delivers on valueDan Byl
Lousy support
I had read the reviews on this and decided that enough were positive that I would try it. To unlock all the features you have to subscribe. Well I did and then I found that this is not as simple as it was purported to be. If you want different exterior wall heights such as for a large motor home garage (16 foot ceiling), their is no intuitive means to create this and after waiting 25 hours for a response from their technical support, I’ve decided that this review is warranted.
