The app isn’t the newest but I really do like it. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it seems to work fine. It can take patience to enter everything in. I love being able to report illegal dumping and keep my neighborhood clean. I only wish I could say thank you to those that review request and pick up the trash.Show lessLMindi

Submitted the request through the app yesterday. Enforcement came by this morning. Tow truck came 30 mins later. Done and done.K - Grizz
Fails to do basic functions
App fails to do basic functions on iPhone X running latest software. Loading the tab for selecting the location for “Make a Request” freezes the app and is required to submit. This is a great idea to make Tacoma a better city but the execution is awful. Build it again from the ground up with a company or contractor that knows what they are doing.Show lessNayr139

The only good part about this application is the idea of it.
I can’t tell if I’ve done something with the app or not. The whole thing should be scrapped and start over.

Unable to create a login or submit anything since I can’t get past login page
I’ve spent the last thirty minutes typing up two detailed animal neglect complaints only to lose them when I get to the “sign up” page (even after I check anonymous reporting). I complete the login signup and then there are three black dots and nothing happens- my reports are lost. Guess you guys don’t really want anyone reporting anything. The website is a nightmare or I’d report there- it looks like a geocities website circa 1997.Show lessAppisnotgood1224467&8
Way to buggy
Apps horrible can’t even make a profile way to buggy .... guess that’s one way or the city to keep complaints down make a useless appdiverdoyle
Not happy with upgrade
I can no longer find a link where I can pay my utilities. That has been the only function I used this app for. No longer useful for me.who has the accent ?
Can’t create an account
This app doesn’t let me create an account. I’ve tried countless times and it just sits static. What a joke.Ilovespringrolls
Forgot about accessibility
In this updated version, accessibility features were forgotten about. Where the previous version was usable by all, this does not take advantage of apples accessibility options and doesn't respect them. Tacoma doesn't seem to respect their disability community when they release software lacking in accessibility such as this. Accessibility: fail
if they're going to release software and care about their disability community, it would help to have people in the disability community test their software so that when it gets released, it doesn't have these flaws.

Fast replies to issues...
Whoever runs the app in Tacoma is fast to reply to your issues about roads, but here is the problem. They say they will send a truck to fix potholes or replace a fallen down street sign and they never do! They even email you to save a truck was dispatched and completed the task! Lies!!!JensenMW
