Super Fast Time Saver
Such an improvement in latest version. I’ve really noticed a time saving for my family. We scan when at home and so easy to use.. one note-
due to the speed, family members unable to identify multiple same items as it zooms over bar codes. ✅Bjjhvchh

I enjoy shopping but since having a work injury and then surgery more recently, by the time I get home the last thing I feel like doing is scanning everything. It would be great if we could somehow scan our receipt and or reward cards( everyday rewards/flybuys) and get credit that way.graydudes

For the most part it works great and easy to use. BUT sometimes during scanning a big shop, it will randomly close and I lose everything I have scanned. It’s so very frustrating. It would be awesome if the app closes, it could automatically save the scans for when you open it again.mat293

Simple and straightforward app to use. Simply scan the barcode or input data straight into smartphone. Easy to follow instructions supplied for anyone having issues including for items without barcodes, meal deliveries etc. Great selection of ways to redeem points.MilGil73

I love using scan and go. It is so easy to use that my Carers can use the app for me when putting away the groceries. I just wish that there were more WA stores listed.
I always cash points in for Visa cards especially around birthdays or Christmas and every loves them from my grandchildren to the adults.Show lessrsummersby

I do a main shop once a week but also eat out a lot. I find this app really easy to use on-the-go, especially if I’m picking up takeaway. I love participating in anything that gives me points towards gift cards or discounts and I think this app is really great for that.Grailley1964

I’ve been with the Scan n Go app for a number of years now.
The rewards part of the company is fantastic.
There are small things within the app that I have noticed that with updates change, not always for the better.
The 5 or so seconds before it says, try again. The list of stores, that could be updated greatly, there aren’t a lot of options, yes it covers the main supermarkets but there is a lot missing.
Having to scan multiple times for multiples of the same item is quite annoying as well.
The app is a bit basic, in this day and age, there is probably a lot that could be done to update it and make it a bit more user friendlyShow lessblu's rulz

The points and rewards are great. The App could be hugely improved, its a bit clunky when you are trying to find the correct stores, some major department stores and Petrol providers not on the list at all. Seriously update the list.
Also when trying to choose ways to use your points the App is also clunky and at time difficult to navigate quickly. Needs improvement.Show lessChirpesco

The great thing is I can scan anywhere, I was recently up north, and didn’t think to scan any items, just kept the receipts to complete once home.
That was rather silly of me.
The app seems ok, still getting used to it.
I’m a little confused where to place dinner out if dining in a restaurant. It would be great if we could add to the list of shops.Show lessMs_V.

I’ve been with Scan N Go for many years. I used to have to manually input prices through a telephone system, so the improvements are outstanding!
It is fast and mainly easy to use.
I do big shops usually. I’d appreciate a pause button on new app. It would allow me to scan one bag of groceries and then put them away, without being told that my item didn’t scan and to try again , which makes me vaguely anxious as I think it is referring to the last item I scanned and have subsequently put away.
I used to input number of items, but new app is so fast I just scan one item multiple times. It’s an adjustment but seems to work, but a counter would be beneficial . Sometimes I worry that it picks up random barcodes due to its sensitivity and I don’t have the energy to check.
I’d like it to count multiples and total number of items scanned so I can compare to my shopping receipt . I’m sure my inputs would be more accurate and it would solve my concerns.Show lessAnnfill
