    Enjoying finding my way around this app. Would be an added bonus if you could pause and come back to what you scanning. I accidentally closed the app and when I went back in all the items I had scanned were not listed and so I had to start all over again:)

  • Barcodes don’t scan

    The barcode scan function is so poor it’s basically useless. Won’t focus on the barcode. I don’t think I will be able to participate because I don’t have time to mess around trying to get barcodes to scan.

    Also, when adding price the keypad is covering the quantity and submit functions, and there is no keypad option to click “next”, requiring touching the screen and scrolling that is awkward when only one hand is available.

  • Glitch whilst scanning

    Need assistance for the ‘scan and go’ Application as there is a glitch while I scan. It doesn’t allow me to put the number of items on my scan and go application.
    How do I contact you or how soon can you get in touch with me about this Application!! I need immediate assistance

  • Scan & Go APP Review

    The scanner seems to scan items a little too fast but works well with most shopping items, but the problem I found is that it will not scan a full shopping receipt. I have tried scanning the receipts from Woolworth after purchasing through the checkout as a single shop instead of individual items and it would not pick it up nor could I enter a full barcode number on the receipt. Other than that I’m still waiting for my bonus $20 gift card as promised after signing up.

    We apologise for the inconvenience. At this stage, our Scan n Go app is not compatible for scanning receipts. You will need to scan the barcodes on the items. For the $20 gift card, once you have scanned for 7 weeks, you'll have enough points to redeem through IRI Shopper Panel website.   • Great program but….

    Unfortunately ever few months the app won’t transmit, saying it can’t connect to my internet. I have to delete the app and then reinstall. I not only lose all my favourites and have to redo them, I lose all the info of the shop I just scanned and have to start again. It’s so frustrating and some times I don’t have the time to redo.

  • Needs improvement

    In theory, it’s great. However THE most annoying, frustrating, time-wasting feature is the fact that this app gives you FIVE seconds and then tells you no barcode was detected so you need to say ok and try again. Only people like super man take less than five seconds to read the receipt, find the item, get the app to actually focus and read the barcode so you can add the price. TAKE OFF THE FIVE SECOND LIMIT- as really what is the point of it??

  • Scan and go

    Since the update, things have changed. Not always for the better.
    Why did you change the way we scanned items. It now takes longer to do the same job. Having to press for a scan for every single item takes time. Used to be able to place camera over barcodes and it added up. Not happy about having to do this every time.
    Why can’t we add non scannable items now?
    Older version did do it better.
    Why not give the user a choice, continuous or singular scans.

  • Missed items not scanned before transmission

    Sometimes I miss scanning a product before I transmit, then I remember the item. So I can’t then scan it and I worry you don’t except my transmission. We shop almost daily for something with my busy household. I don’t always get any notifications that it’s been excepted. Anyway I’m still daily new trying to work my way around it. I think it needs a total items scanned to see it matches the docket.

  • Great app

    I think this app is amazing as I have tried many other apps that pay you and so far this one is the best. You just have to scan a couple of things a week and you get 300 points and because I got the starter bonus I got an extra 4000 points by the 7th week of scanning which makes all your points add up and you will have enough points for a 20$ gift card. This app is definitely the one that is the fastest of getting your money and it’s super easy. I highly recommend it if your broke.

  • Quantities Needed

    I buy in bulk. If something doesn’t have a barcode, like my bread, I have to manually put in the price each time I put in a loaf. Sometimes I only know the total price. Sometimes I forget if I have inserted 6 or 7 loaves. I actually get lazy and will just put 1 loaf for $12. Which isn’t a true reflection.

    Fruit and Veg should be similar with the weight given then the price. I can spend $2 at the fruit shop on tomatoes and get a kilogram but for $5 at the supermarket I’ll get half that amount. Again, not a true reflection of my shopping habits.
