  • Marketed to men ?

    It seems this app is almost directly marketed to males. Every single workout program is advertised with a male. Women are only shown in the cardio/running programs. Women lift weights too. I want to see women advertising the weight programs. THAT will influence me to use it. I don't care if it works for men.

    Hi, Thanks for your feedback and support! Sorry about the male-centric marketing and programs, definitely not my intention to be exclusionary. My hope is that the app and workout programs can still be used by everyone (consult your doctor first :)), and making the app more inclusive in this and other ways would definitely be a great benefit so I've made note of this for future development.   • Worst app for for lifting I’ve ever had

    1. Didn’t have overhead press or barbell rows as lifts, had to go in and make my own custom ones. Only two of the most common lifts ever, no biggie.

    2. Can’t delete sets or edit them if you typed something wrong.

    3. Now it isn’t saving my past sets. So in effect, this is most useless app I’ve ever had. Literally had one job of recording weights and it can’t even do that right.

    Can’t wait to try out another app ASAP.

  • Brilliant

    Perfect app for my weight logging needs. Simple enough but with depth and customisation if you need it. Developer seems to be receptive to user needs and requests. I paid to unlock the full app. Something I rarely do refreshing to see a one off payment and not get rinsed monthly like most other apps. 10/10 from me.

  • Great for tracking progressive overload

    This is just what I wanted. I’m not the type of person to carry a journal with me to the gym, but I know the importance of DO MORE THAN LAST TIME (credit Dr. Greg).

    This lets you set up custom workouts in minutes. After completing a workout, your sets, reps and weights are saved. Then when it’s time to do the workout again all that information is visible so you can add the appropriate weight or reps to keep moving forward.

  • Outstanding strength training app

    This is one of the best strength training apps on the App Store! I use this app religiously. I have tried several other apps, including those from main stream publishers, and this app by far blows the others out of the water. Set your own work outs and take command of your fitness and health with this application. I would scream it from the rooftops if I thought it could help others achieve their goals: this is the best app for strength training on the App Store!

  • Decent

    Decent gym log app. Few issues where all the exercises I have saved delete themselves. Pretty annoying. Otherwise decent.
  • Rock solid app sans fees

    I’ve used it for years and simply never had a problem with it. I appreciate all of the helpful features, especially that there is no fee to use it beyond the app cost and that I can export my workout progress.
  • Emailed, no response

    Emailed and didn’t get a response. In full version, can I make my own plans or you just unlock the ones you provide. I want, to for example, make my own plan for 12 wks, 3 days a week, etc. is it possible?
  • Easy way to quantify workouts

    A great app to quantify and log your workouts. It’s rather intuitive but spend some time doing a trial workout to learn the nuances. This app has helped me get back to regular workouts and stay on track. After testing out the free version, I gladly upgraded to the paid version. This was money well spent for me.

  • Exactly what I wanted!!!

    Can plan my workout plans just as I need! I previously used Gymatic app but they updated their app and now they only offer a monthly subscription!!!! So I deleted the app! Would happily pay a one off payment to keep my workout plans on this app! Please don’t change! Love this app so much
