Posted a few reviews on the platform and already made some money - was pretty seamless! There are a few features I would improve like the search and also show more details in the creator report. Overall though really love this app!

Poor service
Do NOT sell rooms through Roomer. I sold a room at the beginning of March. I reached out after the ten days past checkout time had been reached since I hadn’t received payment. I was told that my claim was being sent to the finance team. No reply. I recently reach out again (over a month since I last reached out!) and was given the same answer that my claim would be sent to the finance team. I was given no explanation regarding why my payment was delayed or when it would be resolved. It seems like roomer delays payments long enough that sellers forget or become frustrated and give up on receiving payment. Do not be fooled by this company who looks to make a profit without holding up their end of the bargain.

I booked a hotel room with roomer and the the price was better than any of the other sites I’ve used in the past. No problems Everything went smoothly!

Terribly Designed App
Not sure how the service works because I couldn’t even figure out how to register, let alone add a hotel room for someone to purchase. I learned about the app on The DRs ( #thedrs ) and it sounded great but after downloading all I could do was read their own accolades and search for hotels in London. Since I’m trying to sell a hotel room on Texas that doesn’t really help. Seems they need to get their IT team to update the app, especially after reading the other reviews...
