Add the types of property and sometimes it shows everything.
Lag, Crashes, Faults
Great to have an app but it’s clunky. When you get into a deep dive, it starts to lag then crashes. It struggles to support fast scrolling. If you know what you are looking for and are on a mission, you will get frustrated. The ‘Sort by’ feature also doesn’t seem to work the way you’d like either, has a tendency to just stick to one sort eg. newest first (only). Would recommend for a better user experience to investigate this as I know that other realestate apps don’t have this issue. I don’t want to use the desktop version on my iPhone 11 (iOS 17.5.1) but have to resort to it most of the time or get the laptop out. Please update the app, it would make it so much better

Missing basic features
App doesn’t work well with iPad. Couldn’t use the search bar to search a location or change filter from for sale to for lease. Doesn’t allow users to sign in with Google accounts or other 3rd party sign in options offered on the website
Stopping working
App has stopped working, can’t filter anything. Deleted and downloaded again but no difference still get nothing from the filter tab.
Bunch of fake unavailable listings
At least 40% of enquiries I’ve sent are not actually available properties. The agent does a deceptive bait and switch saying it’s not available but they’ve got other places. I point to another of their listings and that’s also not available. What they have available is not listed at all and much more than the properties they’ve listed in the same building. This whole site is a scam

Can’t use any screen inputs
The top of the screen in completely disabled in iPad iOS so you can’t change the search location or change from Lease to Buy. You can move the map around and select whatever is on the map, that’s it.
Worst app experience ever - near pointless
Worst realestate app ever. Your shortlist ⭐️button doesn’t save your shortlist - they can’t even be found. It’s a system based shortlist from around the country, what’s even the point of that. Biggest waste of time even registering.
Unusable
Terrible app, keeps crashing and losing all your saved / viewed data. Random properties pop up on your saved property list which makes it impossible to track.

Can not save shortlist
You need to fix the bugs of your app.
