Brilliant idea, interface issues
I hoped this would be a better experience, but unfortunately it didnβt turn out that way. If they can fix the overly-responsive interface, this app would immediately jump to 5 stars.

I'm sorry for the frustration. Our clients like the fan manufacturer provide interactive instructions on the free BILT app because most people find the ability to zoom, rotate, and tap on parts to be more helpful than using paper diagrams. If you ever find yourself in this situation again, please reach out to us at support@BILTcorp.com, and we will be happy to provide a PDF of the paper instructions via email. We also welcome suggestions to make the app easier to use. You can skip steps in the app (like flipping to the printed instructions), but if that isn't intuitive then please let us know.
