SmoothMeeting is an application exclusively designed for iPad to provide paperless conference, to shift the way of conference from the paper-distributing to data-providing. --- Features --- ・Simple operability and smooth action ・Various security features - User and device authentication - Document browsing restriction control with viewing period limitation - En-bloc deletion order of conference documents from the administrative server --- Function --- ・Sharing and browsing function of conference documents ・Synchronizing function of page transition, zoom in/zoom out, and pointer operation by the presenter ・Memo and sticky function provided for each attendee ・Memo and sticky added by each attendee can be saved individually ・Motion pictures can be displayed as conference documents ・Agenda and Thumbnail functions provided ・Predelivery and take out of documents with Offline mode This application runs on iOS 10-15. An administrative Windows server is required in order to use this application.
