Outdated App!
I agree with the below and will be looking to switch my business banking to BMO or TD.
The icon for the App is blurry lol what a joke of a bank. At least fix that on an update.
This App is so out dated. I run my business through RBC Express and am a good client. But this Multi Billion Dollar Bank can’t invest and update this App. Hasn’t not been updated for 2 years lol what a joke. Might start looking to switch my business somewhere else.Show lessTrickDaddy2003

RBC Express what?
So far my experience with RBC express has been both great and terrible.
Great salesman at first, great training instructor to terrible support rep, limitations after being sold on no limits, and this app is terrible.
As a payment creator, things are smooth.
As an approver, this app has a transaction stuck from Dec 2021 and no new transactions since then appear for approval.
One big selling point was the approvers can approve from their mobile devices.Show lessJVancouver
Be prepared to reinstall every week or so
This app is so basic and yet…fails to login about event 10 days.

Worst app ever

RBC needs a new app developer
The app is one time use only. After using it you might as well delete it until you need to use it again. At that time down load it again. Their support staff know about the issue but are doing nothing to correct the problem.zaxx40
Just broken
It was great for a few years but has nothing been able to log in for over 6 months. Just says “network unavailable”.mfur
Fix The App
Have to reinstall regularly just to login. Let's get some customer service here and fix this app or completely overhaul it.Bill-39
