How can a multi billion $ company offer such a bad experience. The answer is simple - they just don’t care. Having multiple businesses requires readily available access to bank accounts. This app crashes. It provides hardly any information and functionality.

Sorely needs updating
I do 95% of my personal and business banking with RBC. But this particular app seems to be an orphan when it comes to functionality. Please get with it app development team! All my other rbc applications have facial recognition for login. That alone should be dead simple! And available throughout the app where password requirements are necessary!
