  • Almost useless

    This app is only good to check account balances and I can only say that because the desktop alternative is much worse.
    RBC, please do better!
  • Worst App in the App Store

    I rely on RBC express several times daily to run my business. I’m often left in a lurch by this malfunctioning jumble of useless code. It’s hard to imagine an App that could be less reliable. I hope they run the rest of their operations better than this app.

    I don’t write this lightly. I’ve called many times, reloaded the app many times and still continue to be disappointed.

  • Awful. Just awful.

    Words can’t explain how awful this app is. We are at iPhone 12 while this app is stuck in the pre-iPhone world. Please outsource the development - you don’t know what you’re doing. This is just painful for the rest of us who have to use your awful app every day and suffer.
  • Not intuitive

    Please outsource the development. You are not good at App dev. PLEASE!!!
  • Constantly need to re-install.

    After 4-6 logins I can no longer log in. “The system is temporarily unavailable. Please check your network connection or try again later.” After deleting the app and re-installing, it works for a few more sessions. Rinse and repeat. Please fix this and MAYBE bring the app up to date!

    This app is the app I like the least on my phone. I can no longer actually log into the app anymore. I have to go through my laptop to approve things. One would think that RBC would actually care about their apps but this plainly shows that they do not.
  • Terrible app

    Probably the worst thought out app I have, but I need it for work. The app has to be redownloaded after each use because it has a bug that does not permit a second use. Erase app, redownload and use once, each time.

    What’s going on RBC tech team? One of the worst mobile banking experiences out there. Everything is just so dated.

    Start focusing giving your customers a good experience. It’s 2021 and this is embarrassing.

    Since last one month its not even allowing me to sign in.
    Always show a message that system is temporarily not available.
