App is bad as the service
Next to impossible to find the shuttle schedule. “Click here” takes you to a useless page to click another link which gives nothing pertinent. Servers screw up your food order and promise to refund your credits but they never actually refund even after getting a food & beverage manager involved and going to guest services. All the poker promos say “see poker rep for details.” Why not post the details in the app? When you ask a poker representative about their promos, they’re either unsure and/or seem annoyed that they’re answering the same question for the 367th time.
