Broken after latest update
With the latest update it’s not possible to buy tickets within the app. And any tickets you buy via ns.nl are not loading in the app - the deep link in the e-mail is broken. Also can’t load manually, as the order number does not match the expected app format.Skffy

This app leaves a lot to be desired. Constant connection errors, it’s not showing connections that I know are available, it’s glitchy. To make changes to travel you get redirected to the website, what’s the point of that?!Clautje
Could not use
They sent an email confirmation but my booking code was not included and when I tried to load the tickets it would not work. I I tried several times. Out my money for train ticket’s and zero I customer service!!!Kim rush now
Travel Made Easy (TME)
Booked tickets from Amsterdam to Düsseldorf, with ease, seat reservations & no problems from USA. All ticket information downloaded to my phone intuitively & without hassle. Looking forward to the ride.
