Terrible for playback!
Playback goes in and out of working. When I called ADT to help me, they didn’t even really know what to do or to say to get it working again. Such a waste of money, guess if someone breaks into my business, I won’t even have a description of the person or what happened because my camera’s playback is so crappy! So unreliable, and the app is severely outdated and confusing. Save your money and go with a different company! So frustrating.

Cumbersome app
This app is not very user friendly. Although the images are high quality it is cumbersome to go from one image to another. Can take awhile to load. I have another system that is not as high quality and the cameras are viewable on the ADT Pulse app. That is a much better app. Truly disappointing that a company can create two apps, one that is excellent and the other a dud in the world of apps.

Steer Clear!!!
Terrible app, appears they have high school computer programmers design the functionality. The app needs a major overhaul, which it appears ADT won’t do. They would just rather take your money and roll out awful apps like this.
It works as it’s intended
I’ve had it installed for a year now with phone updates and it’s never reset itself. Picture quality is great. The interface for playback is a bit frustrating and could use some re-tooling but live video is fine.
Worst app EVER. don’t waste your money
ADT salesman care to my home and shows me how “wonderful” this app was. Truth is it beyond rubbish. Every time your phone updates, you need to reset the system and how ADT do it is SO complicated that they literally need to get into your computer virtually to get the cameras online and even then it might not work. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m planning on getting another company to take over the system and hopefully improve it because ADT HAS REALLY LET ME DOWN.

No iOS support?
Absolutely will not connect from my iPad after latest version was rolled out.
Great quality
Cameras look great. Rewinding is difficult but only due to small screen. Live view very easy once you get the hang of controls
Bad App
Have lost connectivity to camera multiple times. It worked great until update was made. More bugs!!
Local File Export doesn’t work after upgrade to V1.3 on iPhone
Not sure what happened but after I recently upgraded the app I no longer can export clips from “Local Files”.

The playback on this update is awful! Crashes a lot and the fast forward doesn't work at all
