  • Phone app is not stable on iOS 17.2.1

    It works for a few days, then you get the spiral of death with the message, “it’s taking longer than usual” Have had to delete and reinstall to get it working a few more days. When you try to submit feedback directly to Wrike there’s an error message, so leaving it here. When phone app breaks, you can use desktop, just have to email the photos to your laptop to post. Takes away the simplicity of keeping the team updated.

  • It needs more coding for voiceover.

    My company loves this app. Personally, I do not, being visually impaired, the website is almost impossible to figure out where things are between links, not being labeled in button just say the word button. And the app it’s a little better. But it still keeps moving things around when you’re trying to read them. and trying to follow the flow. Hasn’t been easy either. I love the concept for this app and company, just not their accessibility.

  • Doesn’t work on iOS 17.0.3

    I haven’t been able to get this to work since I downloaded it onto my iPhone 15 Pro. It gives a spinning green circle and says it’s taking longer than usual and recommends restarting (which doesn’t help). When I try to report the issue in the app it acts as though I can submit a message but then after I type out what I want to send and I hit the send button, I get an error message
    Please fix this bug so that I can use this on my iPhone and iPad. The app works great on my MacBook but I don’t always want to take my MacBook everywhere I go.

  • Stopped loading after updating to iOS 17

    Since updating my iPhone 15 and iPad Pro to iOS 17, the Wrike app has completely stopping functioning and will not load at all. I get an error message on the loading screen that says it’s “taking longer than usual to load,” with a contact button for submitting a bug report—except I get another error message when trying to do that. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still doesn’t work.

    Wrike is a great project management platform on desktop (although I primarily use the web app instead of the Mac desktop app), but the mobile app isn’t great.

  • Notifications

    Honestly hopefully a one star review will get the attention of Wrike. Why am I not allowed to shut off notifications on the weekend for the app?! Or have more notification control, This is crazy.

    It’s a shame because it’s helpful to get notifications during the workday but because someone is working at 11pm on a Sunday I’m penalized with notifications ripping me from my weekend and into work mode. PLEASE FIX THIS, it’s shocking that after an overhaul of everything this was the oversight. Other than notifications I’m fairly happy with the product. I’ll switch my review to a higher star rating once this is rectified.

    Hi Kevin! We have checked and you are right apologies about that! Some notification highlights appearing during weekends which is not as we designed. Work life balance is crucial for us, we are updating this logic to not send highlights during weekends in the upcoming weeks! Regards, André
  • Very useful on the desktop version, weak on iOS

    As a longtime user of Asana, fed up with the lack of structure with Asana , Wrike is a welcome and robust solution for team task management.

    Better filters on the mobile version wiuld be appreciated.
  • Really awful commenting tools on an iPhone

    Trying to leave comments in a odd or even worse, a video is PAINFUL on an iPhone. No controls, tools that don’t draw properly, having to click 10 times to exit a video. Terrible.

    The web based version on a Mac is excellent. The iPhone and iPad version were really phoned in.
  • Can’t even log in on iPhone

    I can’t even log in on iPhone - I download the app, it sends me to a screen saying the site isn’t working, and then that site sends me to a page to download the app. It’s an endless circle of it not working.

    Completely unusable. Been checking to see if they’d fix this periodically and they haven’t for the 6 months my team has used Wrike. I have an iPhone 13 pro, so it’s not like I’m running old hardware or software. Currently useless, hopefully they fix it because it’s a helpful app on desktop.

  • App is really good

    App has been really good, and enjoy using it on the fly to respond to request. Just so the app dev team is aware the is a fugue state that the app get in after I tries to download an attached item. If I tap on something I shouldn’t have and want to go back and re-download. Will have to close out the app. Not sure if it is because I use the free version , but It could forth testing and verifying.

  • Phone calls during the trial period?

    I got so many emails during the first trial 2 week period. I thought their process for following during the trial period was too aggressive. I backed off. When I went to close my trial account, it said extend trial for 2 weeks. Ok, maybe they’ll let me breathe and experiment and play? Nope. Now it’s multiple emails within an hour of extending the trial. Then it’s a phone call from someone in San Diego leaving me sales pitches? Pfft. Never. This business model is exactly the opposite of why I’ve been a Mac user for almost 20 years.
