Phone app is not stable on iOS 17.2.1

It works for a few days, then you get the spiral of death with the message, “it’s taking longer than usual” Have had to delete and reinstall to get it working a few more days. When you try to submit feedback directly to Wrike there’s an error message, so leaving it here. When phone app breaks, you can use desktop, just have to email the photos to your laptop to post. Takes away the simplicity of keeping the team updated.

It needs more coding for voiceover.

My company loves this app. Personally, I do not, being visually impaired, the website is almost impossible to figure out where things are between links, not being labeled in button just say the word button. And the app it’s a little better. But it still keeps moving things around when you’re trying to read them. and trying to follow the flow. Hasn’t been easy either. I love the concept for this app and company, just not their accessibility.

Well intended but very buggy

This app means well, however despite turning off push notifications at least 5+ times, it seems to turn them back on itself. I’ve had to turn off it’s ability at a system level on iOS as it keeps reactivating Inbox, Weekly, and Activity summaries at minimum.

Doesn’t work on iOS 17.0.3

I haven’t been able to get this to work since I downloaded it onto my iPhone 15 Pro. It gives a spinning green circle and says it’s taking longer than usual and recommends restarting (which doesn’t help). When I try to report the issue in the app it acts as though I can submit a message but then after I type out what I want to send and I hit the send button, I get an error message
Please fix this bug so that I can use this on my iPhone and iPad. The app works great on my MacBook but I don’t always want to take my MacBook everywhere I go.

Stopped loading after updating to iOS 17

Since updating my iPhone 15 and iPad Pro to iOS 17, the Wrike app has completely stopping functioning and will not load at all. I get an error message on the loading screen that says it’s “taking longer than usual to load,” with a contact button for submitting a bug report—except I get another error message when trying to do that. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still doesn’t work.

Wrike is a great project management platform on desktop (although I primarily use the web app instead of the Mac desktop app), but the mobile app isn’t great.

Notifications

Honestly hopefully a one star review will get the attention of Wrike. Why am I not allowed to shut off notifications on the weekend for the app?! Or have more notification control, This is crazy.

It’s a shame because it’s helpful to get notifications during the workday but because someone is working at 11pm on a Sunday I’m penalized with notifications ripping me from my weekend and into work mode. PLEASE FIX THIS, it’s shocking that after an overhaul of everything this was the oversight. Other than notifications I’m fairly happy with the product. I’ll switch my review to a higher star rating once this is rectified.

Hi Kevin! We have checked and you are right apologies about that! Some notification highlights appearing during weekends which is not as we designed. Work life balance is crucial for us, we are updating this logic to not send highlights during weekends in the upcoming weeks! Regards, André

Why no Kanban on mobile & tablet?

Come on guys, create a kanban for mobile and tablet.

The best compared to others in the market

We have been using Wrike in our office for almost 3 years. It is very practical and flexible. I can’t imagine working without it one day.
I have tried other similar products but they are not this flexible and well designed.

Useless app for Teams subscribers

Be aware that, if you are a Teams plan subscriber you wont have the basics tools to plan you routine. What you have access to is different then what you have on the web browser. You wont have access to dashboards and my to do, for example. Therefore, for most of users in this plan the app is probably Useless.

This is very disappointing, as not having these tools was not mentioned in any part of Wrike website and the sales person also didn't provide this crucial info.

Unfortunately you will have more tools as a free user on the app (It doesn't make ANY sense)!

Very bad app

This app provides the owner of the license all power to change and amend communication in their favour. If something happens and you need legal documents it can actually delete communication from your own emails. I have had to keep a second set of communication via an outside document so that I could prove agreed upon issues. When I rang Wrike to complain they told me bad luck. It’s a very bad product. This is the worst app I have ever used. No accountability
