Time based invoicing

We use wrike all the time for project management and I use the timer for invoicing. App has notifications so when someone mentions me on a task I get alerted.

The #1 project management tool

I love wrike and the app works great, if I am on the road or out of the office I know exactly what is happening with the push notifications coming through

Hard to grasp

Really raw service as of the moment I was writing this. Both the app and online access from the web browser.
Very hard to grasp how it sends notifications, seems like in a very odd manner. Sometimes I get notifications when a team member comments on something, sometimes I only get in couple days.
One team member complained that images I shared for comments were impossible to get access to, so we stuck with Wrike just for thoughts and comments sharing, sharing files in Dropbox. So basically Wrike was used like facebook messenger, which kinda looses the sense of using the service at all.
Very counterintuitive thread organization.
I go elsewhere for the time being.

Wrike

Basic version (free) is Very smooth and structured
Sign-off and scheduling is there with updates via Email
Very useful for collaborating with others who ultimately are well informed and guided with aspects of feedback present
It is an Analysis Modular System (AMS)
Nice

Better

The new app looks great compared to the old, but it has much more limited functionality. I miss the workload view.

Very Helpful

Very helpful especially if U away from your office.

Clean design but flawed

Design of the app is clean and pleasing to the eye. There are a few flaws though.
Settings are very limited, such as unable to sort tasks by date, assign time zone, can't attach anything like photos to tasks.
Bugs such as assigning a task for tomorrow in a Southern Hemisphere time zone in late afternoon always being assigned to today, colour coding doesn't match desktop version, completed/deferred/cancelled tasks don't show up even when choosing to view them, and folder tags in task list view often don't display.
The app would be great if some more time were invested in it.

Unbelievable Project Organizing App

Absolutely love it!

Ok so far

Started using it today. The App doesn't seem to update the project list when new projects are added on desktop. Might be I'm not fully up to speed with it yet. Will review my review after a couple of weeks. Oh, the free two week trial got turned off after around 5 hours. Have requested its reinstated.
