Lackluster, no variety, low production value

Quite surprised with the reviews this app has. I’ve found it extremely basic, with little variety offered (for example was hoping to find some exercises with weights but there are none). The app design and animations are completely uninspiring, cheap. Careful downloading this app as they don’t accept refunds if your subscription starts even one day after the trial period and you want to cancel. Now I’m stuck with a rubbish app that really doesn’t motivate me to exercise.

Variety and Flexibility

Excellent app. Choice to chose from any level and any type. You can customize the duration and circuits. Videos to teach if unfamiliar with the workout. Track progress with workout type. Highly recommend to seekers

Training trop facile

Jusqu’à présent même les entraînements les plus difficiles sont trop facile dans mon cas.

Worked well for me

Love this app

This makes working out at home so easy. Love the variety of workouts to pick from. Highly recommend!

This app is great! I use it everyday. The exercise options are very useful ranging from 4 to 10 to 20 minutes, or any combination. With links to show you how to carry out the various exercises if needed. I have recommended this app to lots of people who don’t want to join a gym. And it’s FREE!! Brilliant!

Fist time user

Fantastic, no interruptions with commercials, straight to the exercise, easy to follow and to the point ….

Gets the job done !!!

Perfect home workout

This is the best workout app I have had. After several years I keep coming back to this app. From beginners to advance there is the opportunity for an 8 min work out to a more intense workout.

The music is motivating and I hands down love this app especially as I’m not as motivated as I’d like to be.
Thank you for providing this free version guys.

Simple and effective

Have been using for years and it’s perfect to warm up before a weight session

Motivating

Great platform to kick start and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Lots of options (albeit many paid) are there plus an option to create your own hiit workout. This is part of my daily exercise routine as a once ‘growing’ now healthier and fitter middle aged man.
