Great venue.
In the last couple of years we have seen The Rolling Stones, Eagles and Bruce Springsteen.
I find that the organisation of these events to be very good, it is also very relaxing and you have the room to spread out so you don’t feel threatened. Unfortunately this year there is no one on that appeals to us, but we look forward to next year’s announcements.
All in all a great experience.

Female WC provision was shocking
Whilst the sound system and show was great the situation for females having to squat and wee against the fence lines and actually squatting and weeing within the men’s urinal areas demonstrated a severe lack of toilet facilities. Wasn’t one or two isolated cases, there was lots needing a wee who couldn’t wait the ridiculous queues. For such a big venue get the toilet allocations right. It’s not rocket science just penny pinching.

Frustrating experience
Each time I try to login it’s a hassle - having to enter my email address multiple times - then not recognising my details. I’d previously acquired my tickets but now they’re gone.
I’m worried I’ll have an issue accessing my tickets on the day of my event. It should be far more seamless - especially logging in and accessing tickets.

Too many promotional notifications
The app isn’t bad but a) There’s no need for a dedicated app for this event and b) It keeps popping up notifications about new packages and services to purchase. I didn’t find a way to turn them off and I don’t want to turn off notifications for the whole app - hence only 2 stars

Rubbish
Every year the same. Accessing tickets via AXS works perfectly. Using Ticketmaster impossible. Customer service not existing. Just embarrassing considering the amount of money people spend on tickets! And screens and voice are not in sync neither. But no one bothers to fix that over years neither.

Poor facilities
I’ve been a regular at BST. Love the concept and some great acts lined up. But the facilities are shocking. No Wi-Fi (or general phone signal) so if you lose your group you’re stuffed. And the toilet facilities are appallingly inadequate even by big event (poor) standards. The men’s urinals were basically being used by lots of women literally squatting up against fences. But if you really needed a portaloo (including those with kids, having their periods etc) then you had massive queues. Would really make me think about going again. Which is a shame.

Doesn't work
Can't get access to my tickets. Tried resetting my password. Unable to contact anyone and none of the help questions are applicable to not being able to access your tickets! Utterly useless!!!
Awful app
Don’t understand why I must login every time. Why can’t it just recognise my face. Also I have to type my email and a password is sent to my email which I must then input into the app to get my tickets….every single time and most often I have to wait for over 10 min for a password! Who created this app? What a nutter!
