Extremely poor app
This is going to cause so many issues on entry unless they sort this app out soon. It doesn’t allow you to remain logged in and does accept saved passwords so constantly having to change to new password.

Poor. You have to constantly log back in as it forgets your account. Not a great app. Seems to be just the bare minimum to get your tickets to you. Would be better if they didn’t bother with it and just sent your tickets to Apple Wallet.

Top 10 worst app of all time
When you pay for tickets as expensive as they are today you’d expect that some of the outrageous amounts would go to technology. AXS thinks otherwise. It’s so bad even this review section doesn’t allow me to rate with stars. And after numerous attempts my $1300 with of tickets on my AMEX card still do not show on the APP. AND there is not alternative but they told me NOT TO WORRY! Boy I feel better now! 👎

Trying to access tickets, keep getting an error message. Contacted the email helpline, no response. Beyond bad.
Doesn’t work waste of time
Installed this ap on two iPhones both running latest versions of software.. on both phone the ap installed then tried to access the ap and constantly got a timed out error!!
LAST YEAR’S INFO
Had a heart attack when I saw that July 7 headliner is The Killers and not The Cure and thought my tickets were incorrect and I purchased the wrong date. Come to find out it is a 2017 lineup schedule.
