Feel duped
Paid £375 each for two gold circle tickets to see stray kids - mainly to get close to stage or barricade if possible. Now two weeks prior to the festival they change the map layout so there is no extended stage meaning we may as well just have paid £95 for general admission!!!! Not happy!!!

Rubbish App, non existent, appalling “Customer (we don’t) care”
Just terrible.
As with others below. App logs you out. Then you eventually find you can’t log back in. Error Says “incorrect details” even though I KNOW they are correct.
Then try customer “support/care,” there is NONE.
The only way to access the venue is via the App, so MAKE IT RELIABLE.

Unreliable
Considering how much tickets to Hyde Park events cost, I was hoping for an App that was more reliable.
It continually refuses to acknowledge my email address and I have uninstall and reinstall the app constantly. Not much good when you’re traveling and might not have a great signal.

Customer service and usability
Shambles of an app, says to just use the email you purchased your ticket with and then says your email is not recognised. Trying to get in touch with them to then sort the problem is impossible, no reply to any of my emails!
Cannot access my tickets
Currently have no way of accessing my tickets for the weekend. Plugged in my email address to view the ticket and it says they cannot find an account linked to my email. I tried yesterday and it was showing the ticket?
Marquee event? Circus tent app.
Fan of nostalgia? We used to sit around the camp fire and tell stories of long long ago when the app could actually be used to access your tickets… Some call us fantasists, some laugh that this is called an app… But then there are those people that know… A shared look in a pub, a nod in a tube carriage…we find each other. And we reminisce…

Doesn’t allow you to login to open tickets
The login page to open the tickets just flashes up a pop up to say “you have been logged out” every time I try to login. So at the moment I have no way of accessing my tickets for next weekend
Terrible app - doesn’t work
Doesn’t let you log in. Doesn’t acknowledge you have an account. Doesn’t let you access tickets. Complete waste of time, yet it’s the only way to get into the event?! Going to be a nightmare when everyone tried to enter the event. Worst app I’ve ever tried to use!
Poorly executed and recipe for disaster
Considering they expect everyone to use this (despite having bought tickets on different apps) you'd think they'd allow people to create an account. It doesn't, and the help email the quote is invalid (emails have bounced back as it's not recognised). Roll on June when everyone needs this to work, not!
