  • Warning - Failed Transaction

    I tried to purchase tickets using this app. My experience was after 20mins of entering passport data for 4 people and credit card info the app failed to show flight information. Application response was ‘Transaction Failed’ and ‘Booking not complete’. But don’t worry they really did process your credit card and you will be charged for the tickets. You might be able to get the tickets but you have to call their customer service. Don’t bother trying to dispute the charge with the credit card company the airline will send their form letter with made up information that covers them. So disappointing.

  • Payment Issue only in Thailand

    A few problems

    1. There was now way to sign into App to show my history and status.

    2. When I paid with my credit card I was positive I had input the correct information but on submitting the page for payment an Error message appeared saying I had input the wrong card Expiry date. But would not allow me to rectify the mistake. I was only able to make alternative payment at airport counter , at Big C etc. when I opened the App next day I could see my flight was booked in upcoming bookings so I decided to pay at the airport. Later on on the day of the flight I saw the App said I had no booked flights. So I attempted to book a new flight on the same flight because my flight booking appeared to be cancelled. The flight would not book on the App saying a flight in the same name was booked already. Very inconvenient because I was relying on this flight to Don Muang Airport BKk to meet with my international flight. I later made a change to my international booking and did not show to the ThaiLion flight, still not paid for. I have today booked a new flight for next week to fit my new schedule. I saw that the problem is that when you enter your card expiry date which is a 11/26 for me when you enter the year (26) the month (11) changes back to 01. If you miss this quirk of the App you submit the wrong details. And then in the ‘ Amazing Thailand ‘ style we love the App will not allow you a second chance submit another payment and you must pay at the airport. It’s great that the flight is held but the level of uncertainty and extra time required to pay at the airport is not inspiring of confidence.

    3. Another gripe is I contacted Thai lion on the provided customer contact Email provided but again disappointedly received no response, there is a national holiday ongoing though.

    The new price I paid a week ahead of the flight was about 1700baht with 10kgs of checked baggage (270baht).

    4. Disappointingly I have check my emails and junk and no email of confirmation has arrived and my confidence that one will be forth coming is at an all time low 😀

    5. After paying for the flight with no confirmation email I have just been presented with a review section. I have given 3/5 stars which I believe is fair but when it comes to the review I cannot see the text I am typing. I am currently typing this review in the chat box of my line App and will copy and paste it into the review box and hope the review uploads.

    In summary, what a bunch of jokers. Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for takeoff….maybe.

  • No Flights

    I can go to there website and see flights but the app says no flights available. You can’t book on the website because there credit card page times out every time. Imagine the money they lose from people trying to purchase tickets and giving up and booking with another airline.
  • Won’t accept my payments

    What I thought was a good airline seems to be recently tumbling into an abyss.

    1) app won’t accept credit cards from North America even though authenticated using temporary code

    2) can no longer pay using counter service at 7-11 or Big C

    3) website stated has booking office in Nana BTS ….this office has been closed for years.

    There is a lot of room for improvement here but nothing seems to be happening

  • Frustrating

    Doesn’t stay logged in, log in fields disable. A frustrating experience so I gave up after several attempts. Easier to use AirAsia or about any other service.
  • Horrible

    The app is horrible because the airline’s service online overall is HORRIBLE. Declined credit cards, time outs, on and on. As if they intentionally want to make the experience as difficult and frustrating as possible. Can’t believe they are this bad in 2020.

  • Long time

    I don’t know when them will fixing the app and the web. It’s not working from many days. And when I call the call center waiting 30 minutes and no body answer. This airline don’t care the people who want booking
  • Crash, crash, crash

    It opens and 3 seconds later crashes. I deleted and reinstalled then it worked for a day. But the next day it was back to crashing. It’s a crapapp
  • Worse app I have ever downloaded. Don’t waste your time!

    I tried to find my flight and it doesn’t work. I tried to sign up to be a member and it doesn’t work!
    Nothing works on this app.
    Now I’m afraid to fly this airline.
