Amateurish App - just hope the flights go without problem.
Downloaded the app to get my booking onto my phone. Entered my surname & the PRN number, & just like previous reviewer am unable add my bookings. Have pre-paid for luggage & seat reservations, flights better go without hitch!pel2112

Joke of an airline
Downloaded the app to buy their promotion tickets which were 50% off. Huge advertisement on their own website.
The app wouldn't let me book the flight because of a JSON error. Super convenient isn't it. I believe this is probably a SCAM as my friends had the same JSON error when they tried to book these deals.
The website kept returning "we are sorry we are unable to confirm your booking. Spent also 20mins on the phone to get through to an operator who cannot give me the promotion price. Same for the actual ticket counter who were extremely unhelpful.
I would have booked them before at full price but now I'll never consider them again.

I can not book ticket because my last name has only two letters. It gives me “lastname_wrong_count” error message. Such a stupid app. Who said people can not have short last name???LEOUS2010

Can’t purchase flights by visa or MasterCard or purchase additional luggage and can’t check in online.. Full of bugs and errors.. don’t waste your time downloading this apphrc111
