The worst app ever!
Try to switch days more than 4days while checking ticket. It will show you have no flight at all even the the date you had checked. Unless you have to close this app and start again from beginning. Have new issues every update. I think they are making it worse not to improve it. Good job !bryanlim8893
Don’t use this airline! Scammers!
There was chaos at check in with this airline as they don’t make it clear at all that they don’t include your luggage in the price of the flight ticket and guess what, their charge for baggage is incredibly high. We paid twice the price of our flight just for our bags! It’s an absolute scam airline and it got at least ten customers on my flight who weren’t native to Thailand. Horrible App!
The app is terrible! I was able to add my third party booking via the website, but according to the app, it can’t compute. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I don’t even want to waste my breath calling customer support. With most Asian Airlines, you will get crappy service and a severe migraine!Show lessSasha Tabrese Jones
Customer No Service
I booked a flight on Thai Lion Air on Kayak/Vayama. There was no option during the booking process to select my seats on a round trip ticket from China to Thailand. I emailed the TLA customer support to inquire how to do this. The email response directed me to their webpage with zero further instructions. Nothing I did produced the desired result. I downloaded the app hoping I could find a way to do so. Nope. The app won’t even recognize my booking number. #POSAppShow lessR_A_McClure
Poor Customer Support
The airline has inept customer support for credit card payment both online and via the app. The app is slow and clumsy when trying to use in English.
This is a low tier airline, regretfully still trying to figure out how to operate.

The app still does not give the customer the ability to book One-Way travel. If it does, it’s poorly hidden in the app. Moving on to another airline since the app is poorly presented.Show lessCactus Jim F.

This app is no good. You try to add bookings with the reference number and surname, and it says “successful” but then every time you try to look at it again it says “data retrieved by failed” even when you are in a Wi-Fi zone or a strong 4G zone. What’s the point of creating an App if you don’t test it?Show lessabline11
