    1. The icons showing the battery status are inaccurate and freeze all the time. Even after charged all night the icon still shows empty.
    2. Syncing is not constant. I use the hearing aide for listening to programs on my iPad and the sound would disappear from time to time. I had to reset it in order to get it back and some times even reset doesn't work.
    3. You need to make improvement immediately otherwise your customers will leave you for your competitors.
    4. I wrote a review and after submitted it says 'nickname is taken' and the whole writing disappears! I scrolled to the bottom and did not see that name was taken. What is going on? Very disappointing!

  • No Star

This is bad. The font is bad being hard to see depending on light conditions. The interface is bad and waste display space. Probably could have put all modes on one page with buttons highlighting the one being used. Being NASA engineer, I could have done better app. Today, the hearing aid are not much better. My old ones, 4 years old, are better. I have endless stories about it.

  • Frustrating

Overrated. Very satisfied with the app when it works as promoted, but all too often that is not the case. Frequently connection drops for no reason, frequently when connected there is no response to touch control via iPhone, frequently it cuts out during phone calls, and occasionally it requires several attempts and cycles through the connection sequence before it "takes". Battery life on device is insufficient to make it through the day. Easy should be stricken from the name.

  • Learning experience!

Have used for about 3 weeks now & I really like how phone to hearing aids sounds . Takes some getting used too but seems worth it.
  • Buyer Beware

The app is not totally as advertised. While it does provide an interface for the EasyTek streamer the spacial configuration is very lacking in that it does not provide quadrant listening like the non-EasyTek app. Also the spacial configuration switches back to normal on its own. I have exchanged emails with the app support people and changes have only made things worse. Hard to believe that the app used without an EasyTek device works better than the one for the $400 additional device.

  • Good NOT Great

App is pretty well done. I've built customer apps. If the app just didn't drop Bluetooth connection with my iPhone and allowed the Spatial Configurator to stay longer than 20-30 minutes without being reset, I'd give it a 4 or 5. As it is, it's a 3...
  • Frustrating

I'm in the trial phase of Siemens Signia aids. The easyTec interface with iPhone 6 is a constant annoyance. It switches from universal to music program whenever I turn on my phone. With my mail and messaging apps set to notify with sounds, I got beeps every time I got an email or a message. The only way to avoid that was to turn off the sound alerts in my apps. I want the sound alerts from my phone, but not constantly in my ears. When I finish listening to an audio stream, it doesn't automatically go back to the listening program; I have to turn off the easyTec and turn it back on to reconnect and get back into my listening program. When reconnecting, I get "device volume not loud enough" and have to turn up my phone volume louder than I want it. I've had years of experience with Oticon streamers and never had these issues with my iPhone. To avoid the frustration, I've ended up only using the easyTec for TV listening and audio streaming. Otherwise I turn it off. The app is useful in "Use as Touch Only" mode for changing programs and volume control. I haven't found the Bass/Treble adjustment makes much difference.

  • Overall I like it

Works well with my iPhone. I love the hands free use in the car. The only thing I would love to see is no need for the "necklace". Wouldn't it be nice if the Bluetooth was built into the hearing aid? The other option would be a something, anything smaller that is more easily hidden.
  • Signia easyTek it could be better

The system in scope is similar to other hearing aid apps but this one in stand alone function you lose the ability to use the Bluetooth to communicate directly through the phone. You have to try to use the phone as a standard not as a Bluetooth enhanced app.
The phone rings through the hearing aids on Bluetooth but as soon as you answer it turns to a conventional function you either put it on speaker phone or try to use as a conventional phone. The technology should allow for the Bluetooth bydirectional function as it does in the easyTek function.

  • Frustrated to the Max!

Have had this for two months now and it is not what it is advertised to be. Battery life is so short that you need more than one to make it through the day. Shows that it is paired to phone but has no sound. Drops pairing in the middle of calls for several seconds (no sound) and then static and picks them up again. Way too much money and aggravation for something that does not work.
