Paying customer - it’s on
The watch apps for example… can’t reroute. So you have to pull out your phone if you miss a cue.
Watch pulses constant too when the ride is paused… why?
Does the product and dev team even use these things?

Hi there, thanks for using Ride with GPS, and for the review. We do, in fact use the product! Good feedback around a re-route prompt - something we can look into. We've also considered automatic re-route, as an option - something you can try out with the 'QuickNav' feature by choosing a destination from the recording screen. With regard to the pulsing - there are a lot of settings, between our app, the watch, and the phone that can affect the ultimate user experience. You can find some documentation on this here: https://support.ridewithgps.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419025011611-Apple-Watch. Most likely what you are feeling is related to one of the time-based metrics, like Duration - as the seconds tick by, the watch haptics automatically kick in - we might be able to ignore this for time-based metrics (which would be a good change), but some of this is just built in to the WatchOS. We really appreciate the feedback, and would be happy to chat if you have other thoughts and ideas - just get in touch at info@ridewithgps.com.

Remarkably poor
Response from developer
Hi there, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the app. Metric preferences are under Settings > Use Metric Units and not tied to language preferences. Many features of the app are free, but some do require a subscription. We wish you happy riding and hope you'll try Ride with GPS again; always feel free to be in touch with questions or feedback at info@ridewithgps.com.
Good so far but has the potential to be great
Love the app
Finally found what I was looking for.
I used the free version of Ride With GPS the first year for 5-6 months or so and went to the full on top of the line subscription version because the free version was awesome, but I needed all the paid version tools and since the free version was great I figured the full suite would not disappoint and it hasn’t.
If I were going to knit pick anything about the app it would be that I use Avast Secure Browser, but Ride With GPS doesn’t fully work on the Avast browser so Ride With GPS Support told me to try Mozilla Firefox on my PC, and everything worked great. So when doing 99% of all my bike tour and ride planning. It’s so much easier to build routes on the PC use the Ride With GPS webpage via Firefox than on my iPhone.
Novice Cycling
Very hard on my battery.

Hey there, thanks for using Ride with GPS! We try to optimize battery use; if you'd like some tips from our team, please reach out to us either via in app support chat or email info@ridewithgps.com. There are also some tips in this article: https://support.ridewithgps.com/hc/en-us/articles/14156247374747-Battery-Saving-Tips. It's always possible something unexpected is happening with the app, in which case we'd want to make sure that we fix it. Thanks!
