Data lost

I saved my data in galleryvault and all of a sudden all data is gone. This happened when this app was updated.

Updating the app will not cause file loss. Have you uninstalled the app or reset your phone recently?

Best App Ever!!!

I’m so glad I purchased this app. This is my favorite app. I absolutely love the new updates! The only other thing I would say needs fixing is the Device Migration feature. I’ve noticed that when trying to transfer files the app will not connect with a newly downloaded version of itself. Which forces me to have to airdrop each individual file instead of having an easy transfer with the device migration feature. Other than that I would give the app 10 stars of of 5.

this new version is great but it is a bit slow and laggy

I love this app & I really love the newest updates. But whenever I open my photos the app tends to run a bit slower than usual. If you guys could make the app a bit faster I would come back and give you a five star review.

The best app ever.

I am a premium user and I have been using the app for about 10 years and the truth is the best, especially the possibility of synchronization with drive because that way I can have everything on my devices at hand. I would only improve the synchronization because it is very slow and I must have the app open and so on. Thanks for the update on iPhone to sync with Drive

This app is truly like no other I love this app it is not money related it lets you put as much photos in as you like

Great app

I use the free version with the annoying pop up ads. All that aside it is incredibly easy and fast to use. I like the fact you can sort photos into categories and easily move between them. Great app I’ll put up with the ads.

This app is really amazing the only question ask myself is that what happens incase i change my phone? Does the item stored migrate automatically

Lost my files

I have paid for this app for 5 years now and I went on yesterday to get files I had stored on there and the files are gone. I contacted customer support and they basically told me if there are no files in the app that they are gone. So this company deleted my very important documents that I needed for something important. I am now deleting my membership and advise you all not to purchase this. 5 years of paying for the security of my files to loose them all. Might not seem like much but paying $60 to trust a company with my files for them to then lose them. Had I of known they would just lose them I would have just put them under my hide folder on my iPhone. Do not purchase this app in hopes it will store your secret things.

Update in response to your response. I have never uninstalled, deleted, or hidden files on this app. I just save files on the app expecting them to stay hidden until I want to retrieve them. Your app did in fact lose my files as I have been back and forth in emails trying to get clarification which no one can seem to give me. Stop telling lies to people and take responsibility for the failure of your app.

Hi. GalleryVault does not access your photos neither do we have IT admins that have access to your photos. Our top concern is protecting your privacy. We never delete what people store in their photo vault. If the app is uninstalled, the files in it will be cleaned up at the same time
