Lost my files

I have paid for this app for 5 years now and I went on yesterday to get files I had stored on there and the files are gone. I contacted customer support and they basically told me if there are no files in the app that they are gone. So this company deleted my very important documents that I needed for something important. I am now deleting my membership and advise you all not to purchase this. 5 years of paying for the security of my files to loose them all. Might not seem like much but paying $60 to trust a company with my files for them to then lose them. Had I of known they would just lose them I would have just put them under my hide folder on my iPhone. Do not purchase this app in hopes it will store your secret things.

I LOVE IT!

Just what I was looking for. Needed an app like this with great sorting and organize options. Most of these Hide Apps don’t include it. Great combination of features that most apps like this make you pay for. My only request (Which has been mentioned here already) is having an edit option within the app would be awesome. GREAT APP either way!

Mistakenly deleted the App

I have mistakenly delayed the App without backing up and just downloaded it back but I can’t find any of my pictures. I really have some very important pictures in there and I hope someone could help me get them back. Thank you

Bug

Okay app, I am a paying member, but I have to close the app and re-open it for it to register the fact that I am a memeber. I am still getting constant ads, even though I am a PRO MEMBER. Fix this bug please

Backup is not happening at all

No option to check whether backup is happening or not, if we unhide any file, don’t know the location where it is available. Not cloud sync option
