Constant Crashing
I have never had the displeasure of using an app that crashed or reset itself as frequently as this one. I have not once ever completed a task on here without experiencing an issue that forces you to start over. Far and away the worst app I’ve ever used. Couldn’t recommend loudly enough finding a different app for you PMS needs

Additional Help
This is a pretty good app but I could use a few more helpful things. •It needs a extra page to move on hold jobs away from current to do list. •Have the ability to review completed work orders or a history search. •Have the ability to re-open a completed work order to add extra or forgotten notes. • more reasons for on hold purposes, such as need to order new appliance. Also the app needs major update or something, continues to lock up and have to delete app and reload it and now it is not showing all new work orders. App shows a certain number but on laptop it shows all current work orders. So again delete and reload….. please help because angry residents don’t make a good day.

We appreciate your feedback! On-hold reasons can actually be updated in OneSite via Facilities> On Hold Request Reason under Service Requests. We have passed the additional information to our Product team. It will never save my password. Which is extremely annoying. No matter how many times I save it or update it. You’d think with all the money real page makes off working class people to get rich raising rents for “market “ value , they could develop something that works, but I guess that’s like them. Making everyone else do the work, while making life hard for working people. Can’t give zero stars.

Slow, unresponsive, empty
I have to keep on uninstalling and reinstalling the software because it’s just empty and blank when starting my mornings. The software logs you out after a while which is super annoying, I have no freedom to stay logged in and I get kicked off at random times. Super slow to sync and load and waste a lot of time.

Piece that of junk software
It feels like a chore every day trying to login to the system, some days I have to completely uninstall the software to get rid of a settings page that just shows up every time I start the program. It is a very big inconvenience and I’m now trying to get my company to drop Real page programs all together. This program is slow and very clunky, the programming behind it is also messy. Always having to log back in all the time. Pure junk.

Purchase Orders
The update description claims they added ability to generate PO's from within the app, but where? And how? There are no instructions or clearly dedicated buttons. Online support does not cover it.
We use RPA which seems to be the only requirement besides the app itself.

Easy way to do your job
I’m very happy with this project, facilitated my job is quickly and easy to use
App is constantly crashing or giving error message
I use this app everyday for work, I’m constantly having to delete and redownload it because it either crashes or gives a constant error message, which won’t allow me to sync service requests or save updates to service requests

The app is more stable to use but having to sign in every day or every other work order is a bit much. I definitely don’t think we need to log in that much
