Doesn’t have the ability to do the same operation as being on a desktop. If the user who signs in has a higher level of access, the user should have the same abilities to conduct business the same on a mobile app and the desktop app. It shouldn’t be different, just the looks

Every day I get logged out and have to re register my profile and create a password… every day! If that changed it would be 5 stars

This app is very sketchy,about every 2-3 service request I have to turn my phone off and back on toe reset the app because it won’t load,I have never been able to sign in on the mobile app,I have to go through the sign in process and wait for it to tell me invalid,then I have to click on one site and sign in with that,then the app will work,at least for a couple service request then I have to turn my phone off and back on to reset the app,it’s the only thing that will work,awful app,my opinion trash it and start completely over

Several times during the day program fails to operate. Have to constantly sign-in. (Not just the passcode)
When adding photos to service requests, I get kicked out attaching each photo. This is annoying.

Hi there, we have made updates to the sync process. Please make sure to be on the latest mobile app version. Also, clearing App data and Safari history and website data on the device does the trick. If this continues, please contact our Product Support team at (800)-704-0154 so we can trouble shoot with you.
Not easy to use
The worst app for maintenance purpose. I would never use this but have to because my company tells me to!
Garbage app
Slow, sync takes forever, asks for passcode too many times, logs you out consistentlyout if you open your phones task bar This app is infuriating to use.
