Additional Help

This is a pretty good app but I could use a few more helpful things.
•It needs a extra page to move on hold jobs away from current to do list.
•Have the ability to review completed work orders or a history search.
•Have the ability to re-open a completed work order to add extra or forgotten notes.
• more reasons for on hold purposes, such as need to order new appliance.

We appreciate your feedback! On-hold reasons can actually be updated in OneSite via Facilities> On Hold Request Reason under Service Requests. We have passed the additional information to our Product team. Subpar

The site works 50% of the time 20% of the time. Lag time costs the company money.
Boots me out constantly mid service request/ inspection. Sync time is a joke. I could teach a child the alphabet, how to spell and how to write sentences in the time it takes your site to sync.

App is not working properly

I have tried to reinstall my app 3 times and it will not properly record time nor will it go to the close menu that allows me to properly close tickets. Also in the record function time jumps sporadically (jumps from 1 sec, to 3, then back to 1, etc). As of right now I can not close work orders

Please update the formatting

This app formatting looks like it was for old phones and never updated. Please fix

Complete & closing

Not able to close past preventable maintenance request without adding time to it. Not able to manually add time to complete request orders.

I would like to speak to a representative

I had been able to close a work order after some of the work had been done and come back to it later. I need to talk to some one.

Logs out every 2 days

It is really annoying that it logs me out every 2 days. I need to to stay signed in.
Also, when completing WOs it doesn’t give me option to add comments.

Thank you for providing this feedback. We don’t mean to make things a hassle. For security reasons, the key that a users get upon a successful login does expire after 24 hours. You also mentioned you are not able to enter notes while completing a work order- this may be due to the settings at your property. Can you please contact our Support team (support@realpage.com)? We would like to be able to look into and/or confirm if it's a setting that can be adjusted.
