We appreciate your feedback! On-hold reasons can actually be updated in OneSite via Facilities> On Hold Request Reason under Service Requests. We have passed the additional information to our Product team. Subpar
Boots me out constantly mid service request/ inspection. Sync time is a joke. I could teach a child the alphabet, how to spell and how to write sentences in the time it takes your site to sync.

Thank you for providing this feedback. We don’t mean to make things a hassle. For security reasons, the key that a users get upon a successful login does expire after 24 hours. You also mentioned you are not able to enter notes while completing a work order- this may be due to the settings at your property. Can you please contact our Support team (support@realpage.com)? We would like to be able to look into and/or confirm if it's a setting that can be adjusted.
