Please fix your app. It is terrible on the iPhone. It can’t update constantly. You have to open and close it a hundred times to get one thing done. Lately it’s been completely freezing and the only way to fix it uninstall and reinstall the app. For the love of everything fix your app.
Works but doesn’t
Can log in try to sync shows no information. That only after uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. Try to sync over WiFi then it says to contact support yet when you attempt to says page can’t be found. So no links to identify the issue. This is supposed to support maintenance teams yet you can’t troubleshoot issues with the app. Kinda counterproductive.

Hello I was hoping to leave a suggestion
I work at a property that uses this app and for the most but I would like it off when we call a resident using the app I would like it to do a call forwarding or call from a private number as well as put the oldest first as well as have a separate section for work orders on hold it gets confusing when their intermingled. One last thing if we could tie in a way to help get stock ordered like give us a warning it’s the last one or what have you other then that I have no problems
