Any time I minimize, which or anything when I on this application it requests a password, it is annoying and frustrates, I don't know why you need this kind of level of security to see our services request. I prefer to take a picture of my service request or use the computer In stay this.

Program is to slow takes too long to sync, which is a time waster.

App has trouble working , takes to long to sync , tickets don’t always close out .....turns a 10minute job into a 30 minute job
Onesite😥
Look it’s a great app! It does amazing things for myself and my company! However!! If you are a mobile user of onesite, it is very clunky!! Like driving a car with square wheels!!! Always syncing! always kicking me out! No real flow, which causes me to waste time I don’t have at work to deal with, and adds to stress and frustration!! If this app did everything smooth and quickly I could perform at work more efficiently and enjoy it.

Inefficient
Monthly version updates don’t even fix the problems that have been brought up in consumer reviews for YEARS. The concept and ease of navigation is good when the app actually wants to work. Constantly getting logged out, wasting half of a full 8 hour work day sitting on the spinning wheel of death screen, sync errors and app crashes when WiFi/Cellular signals are there and strong. The app just needs revamped or something.

Worst App
I’m a huge fan of effective time management. This app wastes so much of my valuable time to sync photos. I do not have time to wait every time I upload photos. My office is too busy. It’s also not a favorite among my maintenance team as it wastes their time as well. I think an update needs to be put in action to make this app way more efficient than it currently is.

Terrible
My company uses this app. And it is beyond terrible. Doesn’t load 98% of the time. Never syncs and randomly crashes or logs you out. Complete waste of time
Just Terrible
They just can’t seem to get the sync working. I can’t even perform a move out inspection with this app before I give up and just take pictures with my camera instead. They also need a notification to your phone when new work orders are entered.
