I hate this product.
The OMNI 10 speakers eventually stop connecting via Bluetooth, and the app does not detect them. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this product.
Doesn’t work, it doesn’t even try to work..
I have one of their Bluetooth speakers. The app doesn’t even look for it… Telling me to check my WiFi connection?!
I cannot believe it’s from a professional company.
It’s a shame but I won’t be buying their speakers again due to this!

Omni 10, 20 and Adapt
Trying to set up speakers to new router and iPhone 15. Has taken an age to even get speakers on network and now (despite authorising link) am seeming unable to get music to queue.
Brought speaker a few years back (at price in the day) yet everytime I try and use, link etc takes hours, upon hours to set up.
Will never by this brand ever, ever again. Naim Mu So all the way now, easy to link (in seconds) and mutli-room.

It doesn’t work at all
It will tell you that you are not connected to wifi. I have never been able to get this app to work. If they can’t even get a basic remote to work then what does that say about the quality of their speakers?
Endless Disappointment
When it worked (a year ago) everything was in sync, it rarely dropped. Now I have to sync it by WPS ONLY or use ONE out of SIX speakers for Bluetooth, since it won’t connect to WiFi. It would be great if HK respected their buyers enough to AT LEAST update the app or provide any kind of use.
I actually wrote this review a year ago and hadn’t submitted it. As of now I’ve updated my WiFi. I have excellent WiFi connection and the speakers have since connected more quickly than it ever had. Yet it still cannot find my speakers if my phone even blinks. The music keeps loading and skipping to the next song. It’s unfortunate because the speakers actually have great sound.

CANNOT SETUP
PARTY MODE WIFI NOT WORKING
Fantasic speaker product ruined by a bad app please update the app
We have 2 x Omni 10s, 1 x Omni 20 & an Adapt which we love and worked perfectly until we moved house.
We have installed a very good home network system but are now unable to connect our speakers to the 2.4ghz network using the app it will not find any network.
All other devices can find and connect no problem except these speakers it was an issue we previously got around using WPS on the router but that will not even work.
Looking here seems to be others with same issue, our expensive speakers are now reduced to individual Bluetooth speakers unable to be interconnected in party mode.
Come on Harmon Kardon do better at least update your app, we have paid a lot of money for these speakers. We will not ever buy another HK product if this is how customers are unsupported.
This could be a very simple fix by updating the app and allowing people to use their products again rather than losing sales & customers to a rival brand.

Still doesn’t work with iOS 16
Why has this app still not been updated for iOS 16? Works fine with iOS 15 streaming 5 speakers! Can’t see any speakers with IOS 16.
HK are just ignoring everyone. Fabulous speakers when they work.

Great sound awful app
They sound amazing. But it would be nice to be able to adjust the levels besides just the volume. What a waste of money $1200 to be exact what a joke.

App connection disconnects many many times and it crackles and pops, is so crazy use al those speakers

Harmon Kardon didn't take the time to do any real world testing to fix the wireless connection bugs before releasing these speakers.
En teoría fueran excelentes altavoces, lamentablemente la conexión inalámbrica, sea WIFI o Bluetooth, son un verdadero dolor de cabeza, se interrumpe a cada momento y nada que ver con configuración ni nada que ver con mala señal de, es simplemente mediocre, malo, malísima, la estructura de conectividad. Arrepentido de gastarme todo el dinero que me gasté en 4 dispositivos serie Omni.
