This app is terrible, it's such a shame the omni is a great unit, but with this app it seems to limit it to a BT speaker. Continuously drops out over wifi and limited music app compatibility. How can you compete with Sonos?? Such a shame, please address issues, please.
Needs a lot of work
The speakers are great, the app to run them is just terrible. The app mixes albums and artists in no order at all and doesn't allow you to search. Adding songs to a queue is time consuming and cumbersome. Why if you "add songs to queue" do they start immediately stopping what you were listing to? Simple things that exist everywhere else and have done for years seem to have just been missed out. Highly frustrating. Awful.

This app is bad
I can't figure out how to change the network the speakers are on. It needs more options. So now I have two speakers but cannot pair them with the app bc it won't connect to the Internet -_-

This app is terrible. You can only stream audio that is loaded into the app (which are songs downloaded to your device) so it's useless for Podcasts and Apple Music. That's actually not the worst part of this app and the Omni Speakers. If you have only one speaker you can use it with Bluetooth. However, for more than one speaker you have to first connect all the speakers to your wifi network and set them via this app. Unfortunately, the app can't successfully connect the speakers to most modern wifi networks. FAIL

Needs so much work!
Considering the cost of the speakers, and the fact they are amazing compared to other wifi speakers, the app is a massive let down , very slow, limited and not user friendy at all. Eg artists songs arealljumbled up, cannot sort into albums, you cant create play lists, you can search. No equalisation options to adjust songs. It needs a massive rethink! I nearly returnedmy 4 omnis but the sound so good, i just hope they sort the app

Potential
Basic app that needs work. Great value as speakers now dropped in price. Helpful you tube video "harman kardon Omni system wifi setup" points you in the right direction. Bluetooth functionality of speakers is useful quick fix but app seems reasonable so far. Like the way you can throw music to rooms!

Doesn't play Apple Music tracks
The app is ok to me, except for the biggest disappointment which is that I can't play music I have purchased from Apple Music library! Please update and fix this issue!
Great sound, non working app
Please fix this app! You have beautifully designed speakers with great sound which are getting hurt by a non functioning app. One of the selling points that most attracted me to this product was being able to control the speakers by using your phone as a remote. That selling point is made invalid by a bad app. The app works for a few minutes before it just simply stops playing the music, be it from the music library in your phone, or one of the "stations" in the app. Please fix this!

Great Speakers Very Poor App!
After lots of research I decided to change the hifi system throughout the house to make use of modern technology.
I purchased Harman Kardon wireless speakers downloaded the app & looked forward to technology at its best......but no, that would be too easy wouldn't it!
The speaker is brilliant but the app won't play all of the songs in iTunes,saying unavailable.
It's impossible to play an album or playlist once, it has to be a continuous loop until you switch it off,not good if you wish to go to sleep with music on.
It over rides the clock countdown timer so you can't set it to switch off.
So Harman Kardon, an option to play once, a timer, progress bar for the song playing and proper integration with iTunes would be wonderful.

This app is terrible
Bought an HK Omni 20 speaker today and I love it. The sound quality is amazing but in the two hours I've been trying out my new speaker, I have yet to get through a song without the app crashing. This is a total pain. I hope this issue gets fixed very soon.
