Be warned if you have an issue you won’t be helped

So I had an issue with an order of an rc airplane that wouldn’t fly was strung along for over a month then after being told to go have it fixed and they would cover it so I did and then they said actually never mind the seller said it’s normally for a trainer plane to not fly so I left an honest review that wasn’t even bad it was fair though and it got hidden and any other review I I tried to place it question I tried to answer would immediately get hidden so as for the “any reason return policy” it’s fake as for the “quality guarantee” again also fake so if you take the chance I would t spend 70 dollars on something maybe go with smaller purchases your willing to write off if anything is broken/missing and never trust reviews they delete real reviews that are not 4+ stars

Prices too expensive

Banggood was once a great place to shop. Unfortunately, their selection of products has become limited and the prices are high compared to other online Chinese retailers. Banggood, lower your prices down to a fair range on par with Aliexpress and I will start shopping their again.

Banggood, what a great place to shop. The online store is very easy to navigate and well laid out whether you’re browsing or on a mission for a specific item. I have been a customer for over a year now and during that time placed well over 50 orders mainly Smart Home/Lighting/control device s. I have been pleased with the quality of my purchases and the delivery. The customer service department if called upon as something has gone not as anticipated is only to happy to resolve the issue. I can highly recommend dealing with Banggood.

This marketplace is like a scam

This marketplace is like a scam, I ordered a product it arrived completely spoiled and the box is povata and scratched, when I wrote to them they offered me (10$) although I spent 170$ ask for proof after providing nothing change, I plan to sue them for not respecting my rights.
