  • it is simply and easy

    Enjoying the instant payout feature. I had to wait for days for my cashouts from my previous till provider. But eposnow provides instant payouts and i'm ok to pay that addtional charge for it. Beucase it is simply and easy. I have hardly had any issue with payouts except for one day. And the agents were really helpful to handle this matter asap for me. I would recommend eposnow at anytime

  • Cannot print reports from iPhone

    Cannot print pretty much anything from the app. Print button it’s purely not responding. Labels, reports, nothing works to print or save.
    Needs improving a lot.
  • The payment processing fees are reasonable

    We have been using EposNow for over a year now and we are pleased with everything. The Point of Sale system we use is pretty decent and the payment processing fees are reasonable. The eposnow plugin has communication issues at times but I can work around this so any in person sales are deducted from our shop to prevent overselling. We have contacted support on a couple of occasions, usually when I have locked myself out of my account and the team have been very patient and helpful.

    Reliable, convenient, flexible. I've been using epownow for the past year as I started my new retail business. It was super quick to get setup and has been flexible as I've gone from pop-ups to a brick-and-mortar shop. There are tons of extra features that I've grown into as my business has grown over the past year.

  • The solution is extremely helpful for our cafe

    The reporting is easy and staff members picked it up quickly. The new hardware with a cusotmer front screen allows us to easily communicate with the customer and the sleek design gives our cafe a sleek look.

    Overall the solution has not let us down and works smooth during busy times.

  • Professional Training

    The application has been really useful for me in the market. The training was useful on all aspects. The training agent was really helpful and professional. He took time to explain each area and answered all questions of my staff. My staff liked it and was able to use it in an instance. Which is really helpful.

    Also, they offered me more training if needed which I feel is a nice thing to do.
