    A lot of people giving it a low score but in fairness, overall at least for us it does the job. It is much bette than it was last year. Surely if you want all of the features of the till then use the actual till or a browser on a Windows PC , no issue. Works fine on ios. Shame they aren’t doing Windows tills anymore but overall no issue!

  • No support can’t fix there own app

    Till won’t close after transactions. Support is bad. It’s been 3 months and still can’t use the till I pay over 2k to have smh
  • No service

    Very disappointed about the service. There is no human help available (in Australia). Phone is never answered. Mailbox full. That way problems get NEVER solved. The software is not bad, but if a bug is haunting the user, it becomes a useless product (and a headache).
  • Support for devices with Notches

    Can you guys redesign this app to support the current iOS and devices with notches.
  • Signed up and issues day 1

    Signed up for your system and got a good discounted offer on it with hardware included.

    However whilst the tills system at present looks smart, sleak and practical I haven’t set it up yet so can’t comment. I just hope it isn’t as bad as this app!

    This is a sole reviewing of this app which is basically an app that loads the back office site as an internal web browser. Could load Safari quicker! It’s absolutely shocking and doesn’t work practically at all! I’m uninstalling it it’s taking up space and achieving nothing of use.

    Wouldn’t mind but paying for its usage so I should at least be able to have a decent app that isn’t browser loading and works as a properly formulated and coded app that is actually an app itself.

    This app needs major improvements and until it’s happened I won’t be using it.

    You need to listen to mine and other feedback before you destroy anymore of your reputation and business. As an end user of your EPOS I know what’s right and this isn’t. Listen to feedback and improve for the love of god for all our sakes!

  • Only interested in cash cows, beware small businesses

    Very helpful and friendly…. Until they get your money. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good system, for businesses with a large inventory or a reasonably static menu. If you’re small and nimble and change your offering by the day, the system is inflexible and over-complicated. Don’t expect any help from sales or anybody else (assuming you get through to them.) Also, no free trial, but they promised the money back if it wasn’t suitable… Still waiting on that one… They might even have got 2 stars if they had delivered on that promise.

    They are not tall bother after selling product 0 customers service please do not sign up the team also care less no service nothing card machine not activated as well do not buy any product scam company not replying anything fast unless you are new customers 😡

    Very constrictive and ‘sticky’. Too many frustrating Bugs that are easy fixes. Please invest further in ironing out user experience. Once logged in, it would be helpful if the system recognised me on my next visit. It’s seemingly 50:50 if the system will let me in?Side menu intrusion annoying. Otherwise OKAY

  • Epos Now has crashed just like it’s app

    EposNow used to be a really decent system which worked pretty well. The last year has seen the tills become completely unreliable, tons of issues in the backoffice and shocking support even after Covid. I would definitely have recommended them a while back but after many years of use I would advise to avoid like the plague, not sure if there are any better out there but I used to be with Vend which I found great at the time, maybe time for a change. Horrible iOS app by the way, tons of issues not even worth detailing as there is not enough space to go through them all. A real pity...
