False sale promises
I wish I had read these reviews before buying this system. The sales guy I spoke with Alex Jackson gave me completely fake promises. I ordered three accounts for three different business. He said I will get the service of $87/month for one year. Only for them to turn around and start charging two extra lines and not honoring the rate the promised. They didn’t even honor the free months that they promised. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them. But no one is willing to help me rectify the error that was made. Canceled my subscription still I’m getting charged
The pos provided to me with no training.I called them several times and they promised me for training some and some agent was saying I’m not entitled to training and I need to read community guid.
Finally canceled and they never stop taking my money.hellazak
Expensive and Glitchy
Sadly after running this system for a number of years, hoping for positive improvements, all that seems to happen is update after update and so called ‘ improvements’. Which, for my retail business are not at all helpful.
‘Support’ have never been able to answer questions or resolve issues first time, if at all.🤷♂️

i was sent an email saying we could no longer log in the back office from our phones or desktop, and the we had to use the dedicated app. sure enough we couldn’t log in from our web browser so i downloaded the app. still showed that this service is unavailable.

Zero support, errors in billing, and no replies to emails. The only way you can get them to contact you is if you stop paying them. AVOID.Bnchook
Super Easy & Convenient
The Epos Now system is super easy to set-up and it allows you to very easily track your sales, changes in inventory, and daily totals. It is quick to navigate and the interface is well organized and user friendly. As a small business, this system is good value for the dollar, does what it’s supposed to do and helps you to easily track both inventory, sales and fluctuations over time. The customer service staff are knowledgeable and friendly and quickly respond to & remedy any questions or concerns. I’d totally use Epos Now in the future as my business grows, and would recommend it to others looking for a straightforward and convenient sales, payment and tracking system. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Complete waste of money. Useless and not a user friendly system at all. No helpful support what so ever. The support people don’t even know how to do their jobs properly, will just blame you or say it’s an ‘update’ support not friendly at all. ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC BANK
This company is absolutely RUBBISH. Without any reasons, they blocked my account. I sent all kind of documents for proof to each one transaction. I sent back to them their devices. Over one year my money are missing. Terrible support. And even my account is closed, they keep charging me £80 each month for their service. Absolutely SCAM! Waste of Money
We have this product for almost 3 years now and getting a hold of a customer support member is impossible. If you have an issue your stuck with it forever. I guess they have paid off Google so no one can even write a comment on them. Please don’t waste your money on this product at all.
