Terrible
It’s just their back office website (which leaves a lot to be desired anyway) wrapped in a terrible browser acting as an “app”
It somehow got worse recently- the side menu bar keeps popping up every single time you move to a new screen
And you have to scroll sideways and upwards for miles for things like editing products or table plans and you accidentally click on something you don’t want as you swipe left about 4 screens.
Basically it is an awful UI hindering a potentially very powerful system.

When signing up I questioned some poor reviews regarding customer support and was assured that this was only recent due to Covid related furloughed staff but thy are all working again now. Since then, I have tried many times to get customer support without success and one month later, we still don’t have a functioning system. Online support is non existent. Phone support can take a minimum of 4 hours to get a reply. If you are unlucky to miss the call back due to dealing with our valued clients Epos Now don’t call again. I would not recommend Epos Now and am currently looking for an alternative. They are very quick to take your money but delivery on service is in my experience, non existent!Show lessDeveloper Response

I am working from home at the moment and needed some assistance with managing the stock levels on Epos . I rang the helpline and shortly thereafter received a call from Ben Jarret. He was excellent, great service manner, friendly and efficient . Needless to say he sorted out my query within 10 mins and emailed me to let me know . They don’t release their apps to keep up with Apple iOS releases. Pretty much when apple go from iOS 12 to 13. Their current app is useless. They are not motivated to work on the new app because their bulk of sales comes from their own ops hardware software bundle. The mobile app takes a very small part of their revenue.
