Never works
I don’t know if it’s me or what but nothing works on this app and it’s complete junk. Can’t even delete old devices. So many devices that don’t even exist anymore. Can never get a local connection. So many things wrong it’s hard to even list them all.tom91281

High marks for innovation but the quality and bugs are vey bad. Love all the features but have never had the iPhone app work 100%.Myk129
App is good but needs improvement
I have a lot of devices running in my house and something they clog each other up running high on the same band. It would be great if the app had a section to show what device is running on which band so I can change. It always seems like the processing power on each band is slow with too many devices.Show lessGreen05

Overall, Securifi is great!
I love their routers and services they offer.
However, this app really does need to be updated. Even with the recent tweaks it could be optimized.
But that alone doesn’t affect the functionality of the app enough to lower the rating.mheld001
Tied all communication devices
Did not install any smart devices to this app for security purposes but enough for awareness. Only problem was finding correct app to install...otherwise perfect!Ladyguru
Don't "fix" what isn't broken
Have no idea how to enable wifi schedules per device anymore. Why did you have to change it?
Edit: I found that only some devices can be scheduled and others can't. Have no idea why, before it was possible with all devices I tried.mtorres86

I really love my Almond 2015 router, but this app needs to be redone. I have had 2 conversations with securifi about the app because it looks like it is connected to my router but when I look up device status it will never give me the proper amount of devices currently connected to the router. Securifi keeps wanting me to disconnect my router from the app and reconnect. I should not have to do that to use the app every time.
I also agree with other reviewers that I should be able to see what sites devices on the router are going to without having to buy another app or program.Show lessIchyrus
Love the router, hate the app
The router is so awesome, best one I have ever owned. The app is quite another story, it falls way short. It's as though the app was made for 10 year olds. Very basic and rudimentary. I hate the fact that I have to buy the more expensive router to have full functionality of the app. Things such as visibility into users data useage and what websites they have been going to are only available if u get the higher priced router. I consider those things basic standard information that should be available on all routers. Little more robustness and little less pretty colors would go a long way for this app.Show lesspas250
Needs more features
One thing that I wish they would add is a mode that you can set up where lights can be automatically turned on and off randomly to make it look like someone is home like the WINK hub and app havenormr
I love it
Nice and easy to set up. My third home automation system and the best so far. Modem is excellent also. X electronics and IT guy.
