iPad app use
I use the Zagg Keyboard case for my iPad Air 2 and the app is functioning correctly although I have to pick the case up to view the app on my iPad. Either an iPad exclusive app that has more functions would be nice or just allowing landscape viewing.Rhsmitty26

Keeps crashing when trying to login
After the iOS 10 update app crashes whenever I try to login. Couldn't even add local connection. This is an awesome app and this issue is making it impossible to use.Korvenadi
Not Reliable, Needs Work
Very buggy on an iPad, keeps kicking you out back to log in screen. Finally just deleted.
Wifi triggers almost never work, settings won't save and push notifications aren't reliable. Devices show "offline" when they're "online". This app needs a lot of work still. Could be great, just not right now.Show lessJescop
Looked like a simple solution
I don't think any of these range extenders are very good. I have the same problem with app. Tells me to update software and the device is loaded with latest version. Doesn't seem as if I can download software through their website to even try a manual update. Now I also have a line through the touchscreen. Looks like a screen defect!Show lessMikeinSD
Latest update rendered app unusable.
Overall, I've been impressed with my Almond. I used t initially as a range extender and am currently using it as a router. The most recent update, however, leaves me unable to manage my Almond via the app. When I go I to the app it says my Almond requires an update. I cannot bypass and my Almond is up to date.
This is the only issue I've encountered so far, I've had the router for almost 3 months.Show lessCambria Sedai
Login fail
I have no issue logging in online but on the app, I login and it starts to sign in and then immediately brings up the login page. VERY frustrating since the mobile part is a huge selling point of this product. If it isn't fixed by the end of the week the router is going back.Yasnyl
App doesn't work
Router/extender seem to work fine, but when I log into the App, it flashes to the home page then back to the log on page. Can work from the web site, but why have an app that you can't use?Bkcrd
Works partially
The overall setup was smooth; however, figuring out how to add another person took us days since the app automatically picks an email for the additional person on their phone. Also, the scene setup does not work. I am unable to input a name for the scene. That is really frustrating. Also, it is not possible to setup timing from the app; i.e., turn the heat down at a specific time.Show lessjphys
